In: Dew, Bateman, Lewis.

Out: ............ Geez it's not easy at all. I don't agree with it but I think Morton might pay the price for having a quiet one today
Crawford might have a rest for the knee, didn't have his usual impact
Tuck - not that he did anything wrong but he's not at the same level as the in's.

Well said Rimbaz.

Would love to see Tuck stay in somehow, and Morts work deserves reward. Not sure how close Lewis is, but Bateman straight in! Dew? Not sure! I wouldn't want to see Murph canned after his game today.

Depth is a wonderful thing but geeeezus, glad I'm not a selector. We'll be leaving some good young players out of the side soon.

Crawford definately rested. Would love to see him fit and firing for the Geelong game. Really the only change I see at the moment is Bateman coming in. I don't see us making too many changes.

Out: Crawford (sore knee)
In: Bateman

I don't know where Lewis and Dew are at with their injuries so I'm not going to guess their inclusions at this stage.

we talked a lot at the start of the year of how hard it will be for selectors when we have a full team to pick from, it's finally starting to get to that stage, what a run to and through the finals we could have if we can stay fit now. go hawks

Bateman in.
Lewis in.

Rest Crawf.
Tuck out.

Altho in our best 22 play Dew for a week at BH.

Maybe, just maybe, I'm touching wood here, we could have our full midfield by the Geel game.

Yeah I think Dew should return through BH....mayby even 2 weeks at BH to make sure he has his full confidence back and can launch those 60 metre bombs into the forward 50, and hip and shoulder players straight into retirement (ie Nieta).

Should Changa and Lewis return.

Morto for Changa, Birchall for Lewis. If Dew comes in goo goes out.

Birchall????????????????????????? Whatever you've got give me some :P

Birch isn't having the greatest patch but I don't think a run in the 2nds is the answer for him. Half a dozen I'd have out before him..

In: Lewis, Bateman

Out: Morton, Tuck

Hard to bring Dew in after Thomas Murphy's great game

hahahaha

Dropping Birch

Birch has not been playing NEAR badly enough to warrant getting dropped. He is not cleaning up but he is still solid.

Is this the same Birchall guy that about 50% of experts have in their AA team so far?

Reality is, Morton and Tuck are both fully aware they are only playing because of injuries. They have taken their opporunities and will be first in line when another injury comes about, which is always going to happen. They will be more permanent next year.

Out: Morton, Tuck, Murphy (did nothing wrong)
In: Lewis, Dew, Bateman

Crawf will limp to 300 and is hopefully rested until finals. He still did some good things today.

That will just about be our best 22 on the park. No excuses.

Dont like the associaton with Morton Rimbaz??

he played more of a run with role on Goodes today which is a very high mark of respect.

Remember minimal changes is the key:thumbsu:

Very early prediction

Changa for Crawf who just wasnt there, couldnt run. However it pisses me off but I reckon he will get carried to 300. We better not lose, because the Saints have had us for years.

And Lewy for Tucky.

Dewy last couple has shown enough for someone to miss out?

Exactly... he is playing his role and had to take on of a marking defensive role in absences of trent croad. May be just a little warn out.

On todays team, only those too sore to miss.

Only changa is an obvious in, given he is fit.

Lets keep the same team for a couple of games

A few players didnt see much of it, but were effecive when they did.

Thinking Ossie Laddo here.

Birch had a couple of shockers but picked up towards the end
