OUT: Nelson, Masten
IN: Schofield, McGinnity/Selwood

Put a ball in between McGinnity and Selwood at training, give the sub spot to whoever comes up with it.

As much as I'd like to see Muzza come in and tear it up, the match committee is always going to favour toughness and experience in a huge final against the Unsociable Family Club (TM)

Agree with OP's changes, actually do want McGinnity in. Horrendous set shot aside, he played a solid game against Hawthorn and threw his body around a lot. As we saw with the Richmond Hawthorn game, if you physically intimidate them they try and stand up, but if you keep going they back down and shit themselves. Schoolyard bully stuff, and McGinnity won't back down on them.

DO NOT WANT if he is the sub though, you need to get in their heads early or bring in a more skilful player.

Yep, agreed with all of this. Can't believe I'm saying it but Ginners is probably our best bet. He isn't the ideal option but I reckon we need someone with experience and toughness. Newman is tempting but we need someone ready to play out a full game if necessary.

Issac Smith will be out with a knee injury which is a help to us.
Cancelled out by Masten's injury.

Both unfortunate injuries at this time of the year, as is Kieran Jacks for Sydney. Crameri also in some injury trouble?

Schofield for Nelson is an obvious one. I don't mind Nelson but I really don't want him playing in a final.

I reckon Selwood plays tomorrow, and then likely plays for us on a 5 day break as the sub.

Completely agree.

Newman could make a pretty good sub option, would be a bit nervous if someone got injured early though. Don't know how he'd go playing most of a game.

Exactly this.

McGinnity was unlucky to get dropped. He was one of our best agianst the Crows. Kicked a goal, won heaps of contests, shepherded heaps and most importantly gave it his all.

He comes in for Masten and plays in the pocket. Lecras and Cripps to rotate with eachother through the midfield.
Ellis or Rosa for sub.

I think Nelson is at his best for us when he plays the small defender role, so is more of a replacement for Butler. Ellis didn't look great either tonight.

B: Sheppard, Schofield, Butler
HB: Hurn, McGovern, Wellingham
C: Gaff, Priddis, Sheed
HF: LeCras, Darling, Hutchings
F: Cripps, Kennedy, Sinclair
R: Naitanui, Shuey, Yeo
I: Ellis, Hill, McGinnity
S: Rosa (or possibly Ginners)
E: Nelson, Bennell, Selwood

Selwood is an interesting one - he needs to play tomorrow to get some match fitness, but if he plays tomorrow then he probably can't play Friday.
