Waterman has been more effective when Kennedy + Darling have been in the side as he hasn't had to play that key forward role.

Also that it's a massive mistake and that Allen, Brander, the other Allen, Petruccelle, Brayshaw, Rotham, Karpany, McInnes, Tunbridge, Alec Waterman, David Antonowicz and the kid that wins the Mascot for a Day competition are all better suited to the role.
