Probably left field I know but our most consistent Beagles player has been Jamieson. Williams hasn't really shown us much and I would like to see the young fella given a go. He holds his own in ruck contests, fights hard for the ground ball. Good in the air and brings other players into the game. Uses the ball well and I have also noticed that he protects the ball carrier by shepherding which is unseen in the A team.

Don't think there are too many changes to happen really, assuming Gov and Witherden are going to miss a few weeks.

Maybe XON for some extra help in the middle?

Depends if they stick with the plethora of talls, I don't think the Bombers are overly tall though but I don't know their 2021 team too well.

We have no bullocking burst players in the Shuey/Yeo mould.

I don't know why people seem keen to drop BBW. I disagree with the bolded words, thought he showed a bit today.

Jamieson is a few years away being physically ready for AFL level. He contests in the air but Bailey can do this while actually plucking some marks.

Williams has been good, but we don't need two rucks and 4 tall forwards and Ah Chee who plays like a tall forward and Brander who is a tall forward who we put on the wing...

IN: Jones
OUT: Don't care. NicNat, Kelly, Barrass, Paul Peos - whoever.
Peos was already dropped for this match and can't see him getting back in due to his wokeness.

Out: Interstate ground
In: Optus

All other changes are irrelevant
(Jones deserves his spot back though. Never should have lost it)

What.

No.

Just no.

I expect no changes for next week tbh, injury permitting. Yeo should get a full run in the WAFL first.

frustrating to do Ins and Outs for this side because you know these exact same players are capable of playing like the best side in the competition. So the guy you think should be in the gun could just as easily dominate the next week.

****ing frustrating team to support these days

Daresay Yeo will be in

While I think you’re right.

I don’t like it!

12 months out with OP, restricted training loads, restricted minutes in a WAFL game so far removed from AFL intensity and bang straight back in.

That, along with NN’s limited minutes is going to put even more fatigue pressure on the remainder. I’m wondering if today’s lacklustre performance is due to build up of overload and fatigue, more so because of NNs compounding restricted minutes.

Ridiculous, illogical, but this is BF.

After what Ryan and Hurn dished up today we really should learn our lesson and give Yeo another game to knock the rust out.
We dont seem to be good at learning lessons but so he probably plays this week.
Williams was pretty good today, did more than Vardy has since the 2018 flag and Allen has 15km of elastroplast holding his arm together so the calls for BW out seem misguided to put it politely.
We didnt lose today because of number of talls, we lost because of the quality of our smalls.
