I'm talking about disposal inside 50 to our forwards, not shooting on goal. He is playing as a half forward. Half forwards need to be able to kick the ball well to our forwards.

No way that McGinnity will get dropped. He was valuable to us tonight with his defensive pressure and gave us a leading option throughout the game. Dick playing in 2012 is a pipe dream I'd say.
