Main prob with Oxley was his poor kicks but hopefully can clean that up this week. I def saw one turnover that resulted in a pport goal and maybe one other, and def another 2 or more poro turnovers. But other than that he was good and marking and spoiling ws solid.

Assume Howe could play VFL (1st Final) next week...get 1 game in prior to AFL finals.

We need to win, we still aren’t guaranteed a top 4 finish. We don’t want tempt fate and rest too many guys.

We need to smack Fremantle and hope west coke lose so we can finish second.

I don't think we should rest players for the sake of resting, but if there are clouds hanging over a couple of guys, give them the extra week to get cherry ripe. Howe and DeGoey are vital to any September success, so if they need the week then lets give it to them.

Given Howe's not available, there'll be minimal change.
I'd bring Murray in for Oxley. Murphy didn't panic at all and was a good user of the ball under the circumstances.
Murray offers speed. Murphy offers similar size to Oxley but without the turnovers that Oxley has displayed regularly in the past couple of weeks. He's also a smoother mover than Oxley.

If Appleby was available I'd say him in over Oxley, but he'll probably be forced into the VFL given he's missed a few weeks.
