Now to answer your question, as a coach from an EQ point of view, knowing his strengths and weaknesses and letting go of your mistakes are two areas that comes into play specially intra game. Meaning he has not displayed efficiently dealing with tactical changes during the game in some instances. He is too stubborn at times and reactive where in many instances its too late. You do understand he also had Sheed and Ryan to be subbed off for last 5 minutes of GF??

I am not having a go at him, I am just saying answering a question if I am a 100% Simmo converter and the answer is not yet. I am happy to be proven wrong once I do see him pick up those little 1%ers in coaching tactical battles against much more decorated and tactical savvy coaches in AFL.
