IN: Tambling
Out: Nahas

That's it, Edwards showed enough IMO to warrant another week, his run was improved and he got a lot more of the pill. Nahas okay, but someone has to go for Tambling and I'd rather see him go than Edwards. King needs to stay in, his toughness is reassuring for the other backline players.

Reassuring.. so like setting an example you mean? What about his free kicks and turnovers? We want that example too?

It was first game this year, let's see if there is a reduction in turnovers this week. He did not hold back from getting stuck into the bigger bodied Geelong forwards last weekend.

King isn't going to magically gain foot skills.

Likely squad we'll get tonight:

B: Polo Moore King
HB: Newman McGuane Rance
C: White Deledio Jackson
HF: Riewoldt Richo Bowden
F: Brown Schulz Morton
R: Simmonds Tuck Foley
I (from) : Graham Nahas Edwards Hislop Tambling Thomson Collins

Effectively same 22 as last week plus the 3 in bold added to the squad. Cogs gets through this week named for the Dees

Think that squad would be reasonable, however wouldn't be disappointed or suprised if Cogs, Patto or Thursty were in the squad and think its good to see that we have a number of reasonable possible replacements who can be considered.
Especially without having to consider McMahon.

Out: King, Edwards, Nahas
In: Thursfield, Tambling, Collins

Smokey: Coughlan

Barnzy, would you agree that the cats are probably 20 points better than the dogs? I'd say even more. If we can get within 20 points of the cats despite only playing 1 good quarter, then we can get beat the dogs.

Not saying we will, but we have a decent chance.

My dream ins would be:

IN: Cousins, Cotchin, Coughlan, Raines, Pattison, Thursfield (can't believe everyone is off the bandwagon!)
Out: Nahas, Edwards, King, Graham, and 2 of Hislop, White, Schulz or Polo (all dispensable IMO)

I think those ins, all fully fit, would make us a 20-30 point better team.

first of all people up the ground have to make space so he kicks it to them and not cross goal and turning it over. when the ball is deep in our backline the mids and forwards need to work hard to make space.

will cogs play yes or no

need to know for supercoach

leave beams in or swap with cogs

Lockout at 7:30pm and you won't know if he's playing till 30mins before the game starts on Monday. Too risky, more than likely won't play.

The game is about switching these days to find a hole in the zone.

Just because he kicks it down the line doesn't mean it's going to be any better, in fact there should be a bigger chance of a turnover because it's likely a zone will already be in plac.e

I will probably be standing room anyway but take them if you want and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!

it's still better than kicking it to someone that is stationary with his man right next to him.

I'll have a crack at a final side if this is the selected from side.

B: Newman Moore King
HB : Rance McGaunne Polo
C: White Tuck Richo
HF: Brown Riewoldt Deledio
F: Morton Schulz Bowden

Foll: Simmonds Jackson( Griffen ) Foley
Int : Cogs, Patto, Bling, Hislop

In : Patto Bling Cogs
Out ; Graham Edwards Nahas

That's an ideal side, not the side that will be selected. Cogs not match fit, Patto not match fit. Pretty obvious they're giving Tambling up till the last minute to get right and would likely replace King or Edwards. Will go in unchanged or with one change being Bling.

hey guys sorry to ask you this in ur game thread discussion, but do u think alex rance will be good enough to hold down a spot for the next few weeks? i didnt see your game last week so i cant comment myself
