Drop Houli for one week for team balance.

DROP HOULI???????

what the **** are you on?

didn't you see last time we played st.kilda,he kept that dirty dog milne goalless. what a stupid statement saying for team balance! they have 2 small forwards and you want to drop one of our few small backmen for team balance.

Why do so many of you want to drop Houli? he was pretty good last week. He also did a good job on Milne last time we played them.
Because its just like dyson earlier in the season he had a good game but i don't like him and don't want to look like an idiot so drop him. But everyone is guilty of doing this

We need speed!!!

Possible Ins:
Jetta, Lovett, Bellchambers, Daniher, Lloyd?, Winderlich?.

Possible Outs:
Quinn, Hocking, Pears (inj), Davey, McVeigh, Atkinson.

Newspaper says Pears did his hammy. Davey, McVeigh and Hocking all out of form. We badly need an extra ruckman especially against the saints so Bellchambers should be a definite in. Lovett, Lloyd and Winderlich are no-brainers. They're only under question due to their lingering injuries. Jetta brings blistering speed and forward pressure whilst Daniher is up for selection due to great form!

Winderlich may miss a while yet. They are taking no chances with him.

Hocking is not out of form. Has played half back and been very good the last two weeks.
Against West Caost he had Wirrpanda and held him to 9 possessions and 1 goal (he was off the ground when Wirra kicked the other one)
Last week again at half back he was good and no one had many possessions on him and before anyone brings it up no Rich did not kick that goal on him as Rich had actually come out of the midfield to that stopage and then stayed forward and Polkinghorne went onto the ball.

In: Lovett. Bellchambers
Outs: Quinn, Mcveigh

Although Quinn had a pretty good game last week i just dont think he is ready to take on a team like st kilda who pride themselves on tackling and harrassing the ball carrier. He obviously has some talent however just isnt ready yet.

There is no way that NLM can take on king and gardiner in the ruck so we have to bring in bellchambers

Mcveigh had a bit of the ball last week but butchered it, he has been down too long,

the only concern for me here is that without mcveigh our leadership in the middle may be a concern with that many young guys playing. i would consider bringing welsh in however there isnt really anyone to drop. lonergan perhaps

Why is Jetta been so blindingly underated by everyone?

He's still very much a dangerous player. His best attributes in my eyes are:
He can run off his opponent and give an option.
Has quick feat and is agile up forward.
Thinks quick to try and set up goals.

Sure, he fumbles a lot (eg. last 30 secs of Anzac day were a nightmare) but the only cure to that is more game time.. I don't know how he's been down at bendigo because I haven't watched a game all year.

Can someone give me some insight for me?

"Possible In's" "Possible Out's"

Thinking about it now it was a pretty stupid idea.. But this way I could at least lay out everyone who would possibly be under selection pressure this week.

All in all..

In: Lovett, Welsh.
Out: Quinn, Someone Unlucky.

StKilda played King/Gardiner and McEvoy last week.

Ryder will need Bellchambers or Hooker to help in the ruck.

Who do you suggest that we drop ? Or should Ryder and NLM battle alone in the ruck.

Does anyone think that T.Slattery is close to selection? He's been emergency several times during the year and he was named best for Bendigo last week?? During the NAB cup i noticed he was a reasonable size with a good mark and pretty hard at it, maybe this could be his week?

No defensive side and is selective about putting his body on the line .
I personally dont know why some people blindly rate him so highly. He was way over hyped as a junior and has never really done much at senior level to get the rating he seems to have. Apart from a couple of flashy things he has done bugger all.
The problem is everyone belived the hype!!
I am on record as not rating him before the draft and i have seen nothing to change my opinion of him yet. Has more hype than Johns

His general footballing ability is about as over hyped as his so called foot speed imo.

IN: Lovett, Welsh, Bellchambers, Hooker
OUT: Quinn, ?, ?, ?

I have a feeling it will be something like this. Not sure who else will get dropped.

All out attack for the Bombers this week, need players who will break the saints soccer style zone.

Bombers massive chance this, maybe catch the Saints :) on a downer after great win last week.
