Pittard out is a massive defensive loss IMO

You want Krak down back to replace his rebound, but on the flip side I'd prefer P-Stew to replace his defending.

Palmer plays no role at all like any of those tall forwards you have mentioned. Plays a fair bit off half back pushing into the forward line and getting goals. For the old timers there's a bit of the young Trevor Sorrell about him. He's more likely to replace Monfries in the future than Schulz.

I don't think you can read anything into that. Palmer's not a key forward option. Even apart from the fact that this selection is almost certainly just a token gesture anyway.
