They get the odd right right now and then. But you have a much better strike rate by picking on exposed form.

He's one of the few bats in the test side that hasn't been disgraced, passed 50 on 3 occasions hasn't he.

Yep, he just needs to start posting some big scores from the great starts he's getting, wish he didn't throw his wicket away in the 2nd innings in Hobart.

Wasn't a great shot, and he'll be filthy with himself but it wasn't the worst dismissal.

All for it, at least we are rewarding a guy that would compliment Warner perfectly. Plus he has scored runs today, probably needs to make 150+ though.

I'd be more than happy to see Usman go up to open and let a couple of young guys fight it out for a middle order spot, Usman goes back down to 3 when Marsh is back and Patterson and Handscomb play the last test against SA, the best of the two keep their spot.

Dean and Remshaw doing very well as we speak and may be smokeys but Bancroft clearly isn't up to it at the moment and Burns is terribly out of form.

Yeah, sort of agree with bird_man there. We can always go with:

Warner
Smith
Handscomb
Patterson
Ferguson
Wade
Starc
Hazlewood
Lyon
Bird

Then slot S Marsh in for Ferguson and push everyone down back to their original positions (Khawaja 3, Smith 4 etc)
