I actually wouldnt mind us Letting mcgovern go forward this week. If we can get a 3-4 goal lead early on, it could really beneift our our forward structure. It will make someone like woods worry about his man.

I thought Jetta looked ok last week, did some nice things & I had hoped he'd play again this week. Oh well, Hutchings to tag then...

Jetta was the closest like for like replacement for Gaff (wingman) so he becomes the most obvious omission now gaff comes back. Had it not been for jonas and his elbow Jetta wouldn't have played last week. And whilst his game against Gold Coast was a reasonably good step in the right direction it wasn't enough to guarantee his spot

Pretty much the same for Cole and yeo minus the jonas elbow part

There is talk about the time differential affecting the body . If you arent up and about for 6 hours before a game your body isnt prepared . 2 hour time difference and even sometimes 3 when its daylight saving . suppose after 28 years The Eagles would have it sussed as best as you can

With the WAFL game being Monday and our round 12 match against Adelaide being Saturday, does this come in to play with someone like Jetta? Only 4 days inbetween matches. If he plays at EP, then he may not play round 12.

It will depend on what happens to the guys against the bulldogs. If anyone is injured or 50/50 then I think they will hold players back.
