So then, by extrapolation, you are saying to that mark le cras deserved to start every game this year based on form and at no point warranted a spell in the WAFL?

Probably about the time he was left out with a "hip injury" I thought it had reached the point that he needed to be dropped.

I'd say the MC thought an 80% fit Lecras still offered more than anyone that would replace him
You obviously disagree, tra la la etc etc.

A brief comparative case study in ruthlessness at selection across 2 clubs playing finals:

Stevie j: multiple premiership player, multiple all Australian, proven finals performer and about to retire.......kicks 2 goals in 4 games and is axed on the eve of the finals.

Mark le cras: goes goaless for an entire month. In no danger of being axed, has "credits in the bank"

Take note, match committee
Lecras is fitter than Stevie J

After reading Simmo's comments today I think Wellingham is coming in, maybe at Partington's expense.

It's going to be a dog fight contest, especially in the midfield so we might shy away from taking a kid in.

Hutchings will need to play and perform a role on a Port prime mover. Wines or Ebert?

Would love to see caution thrown in with Rioli. Yeh his fitness is lacking but he has great footy smarts and at the feet of Kennedy could snag some sausages and also kick some goals. Can't wait to see him fit and playing regular AFL next year.

I don't think Rioli should be going near any sausages ...

I see we are going to experiment during finals again. Did we not learn from Brown mistake?

It is the first time since rounds eight and nine last season that the same 22 has represented the club from one game to the next – provided there are no last minute changes.

Wow.
