Nic is just a big guy. He can't be a teenager again. Some of the fijians in rugby are massive and go ok.
Back in 2015 was his ideal weight imo. Watching his highlights from then, he was still mauling guys but was running and jumping like a cat. It looks like they went down the strength route after his knees. Would be good to get him back to what he was in 2015 but a lot of things to take into account obviously. 4 years older, leg injuries, genetics probably stopping him leaving the weight off for long enough. But if it’s possible he 100% needs to slim down.

With Nic back, if we win the centre clearances and ground ball that will take the heat off our defenders.

Though essendon are a small chance, Our mids need to be sharp and if we deny essendon their dashing game off half back and slingshot it back into attack, then we are likely to win.
Just hope the boys have the fire in their belly tonight, as on too many occasions throughout the season have felt they've been just coasting - have turned it on for a quarter and played brilliant football, then before you can blink they go into snooze mode! Frustrating as a supporter I can tell you.

I did pick up on the fact the Tom Bellchambers as their only specialist ruckman, and god forbid that if he goes down with injury as they may have to shift one of their key position players into the ruck should that happen

West coast have selected Tom Hickey and Nic Nat which in my opinion is a good insurance policy even though there is a risk of being to tall.

So Both Essendon and West Coast have risks with team selections

If you ever go to Fiji you will see that Nic Nat is a skinny Fijian by normal standards.
There are some really big BIG people.
