Back in 2015 was his ideal weight imo. Watching his highlights from then, he was still mauling guys but was running and jumping like a cat. It looks like they went down the strength route after his knees. Would be good to get him back to what he was in 2015 but a lot of things to take into account obviously. 4 years older, leg injuries, genetics probably stopping him leaving the weight off for long enough. But if it’s possible he 100% needs to slim down.Nic is just a big guy. He can't be a teenager again. Some of the fijians in rugby are massive and go ok.
