I would start with Sellar show the lad some faith.I know we all take pot shots at Craigys learning experience line but facts are it is.
Sellar could turn into a key big man and has excellent work rate he just needs to stay sound.

FFS – why should we accept losing?
We lost today, we didn’t win. Get it. We LOST. You don’t get bonus points for trying; you don’t get extra point for having a few positives.
We lost today because we only produced 2 quarters of good competitive football and then maybe 15 mins of acceptable football. The final 45 mins of football was unacceptable football and the reality of where we are at.

Correct a side on the way up SLOWLY against the best team in the comp and a side that has been at the top 4-6 for 4 years now.
Cant believe so many critics of todays game.Lets get real we were never going to win and we all knew they would come at us.
What i saw today was some great signs for our LONG term future.

When you prove you can compete and even outdo them for extended periods of a game, then no, there is no reason. We went to shit. If that had happened when we were already 9 goals down and had ben solidly outplayed all day, then you can accept it as "well they are a good team and we are young". We were winning. We outplayed them. We went to water and we lost it in every aspect. Unacceptable.

There games total 2330 compared to 1523
Average age 25 to ours 23 1/2
We had 12 under 50 games and 15 under a 100.Also 17 under the age of 25.
From where i sit we are in great shape.
Plus hopefully Porps and Davis can get their shoulders right.Vince comes back strong,MacKay and Otten
Nothing but a bright future from where i sit.

Just like to know why every one is upset with today???
I think the one thing we should never do ever again is tactically sub in a defender late in the match when the pressure is on. I don't care who it is, they will struggle to pick up the pace and invariable be a detriment to the team.
If you have a defender as a sub and wish to make a tactical sub, activate him at half time to give him a quater to get use to the pace of the game. To put them in at 3 quarter time when the defence is under seige is just asking for trouble.

Then results are irrelevant because the future is bright and we had a go (at times)? No worries, we will come good. By magic it seems. If we accept that, the young team you were so quick to point out will learn nothing about how to win games, how to beat top sides and how to cope under pressure. Nah it's all good. They'll be fine.

Learning how to win will come in time.And yes at the moment results are irrelevent.
We should never accept a loss. But .... I wouldn't like to be a young player at the crows with some of our "supporters".
Some of the development of inexperienced players in the crows has been excellent this season.
Mckernan, Sloane, Smith, Wright, L Thompson, Jacobs, Jaensch, Henderson all have progressed and are looking the goods.
Jaensch back into defense has been fantastic move.
I wasn't sold on Henderson until I saw him live, great work ethic. He will make it, have to remember his junior bball, hasn't played a lot of football.
Changes? Walker in (after signing new contract with crows) , probably for Gunston.

We were never going to win against that powerhouse side comming of a loss.
Because these losses from the position we were in are all too familiar is just one reason.. Too many times in minor round and we all know our finals record of this.. I am so sick of watching it and really feel and worry it's becoming a part of the psyche of the club.. It's not this one off event as some seem to think..
Also i can handle the pies maybe being too good and just running us down, but 11 goals in what was it, 16 minutes or something?
23 point lead in last quarter turns into a 43 point loss?
Just not on!
And as stated already, many don't believe things will get to the point in the future we hope/want/think they will while under Craig..
All of this doesn't mean there are NO positives, but people will be rightfully annoyed with what happened.. - and yet again mind you..
