Yep, Howe up forward, Frampton down back.
Cox out. Would love Lipinski to be delisted at the end of the year, brings absolutely nothing except misery. But unfortunately wont be.

I'll wait till after the VFL game for my changes but Lipinski should come out. Mason was very disappointing tonight, like quite a few others.
Checkers was in career best form while McStay was out of the side but has been poor since his return. Need to see what that forward line looks like with Johnson there too.

Markov is okay but he doesn’t get close to what Nick Daicos was producing at half back. Move Nick back there because he had little impact in the midfield tonight.
