McVee probably, Fritsch maybe , JVR no based on Casey game .As Daemon kindly pointed out, we didn't have a changes thread up.
Disco unfortunately will miss with concussion – if May is fit, imagine it'll be a straight swap. If not, there'll be some shuffling to do.
McVee, Fritsch and JVR the names to watch this week – I didn't catch the Casey game though, so happy to defer to others for opinions on that.

I would prefer all players who have missed multiple games to return via Casey , but that’s not a Goodwin thing .Probably would give McVee another week in the VFL tbh considering he has missed like 3 months.
So then we have no leading key forward and no key forward at all when Petty has to go into the ruck?If Turner was concussed then he should come out. Don't like to drop players after 1 game but I'm not sure keeping Fullarton in because he lead well is a good enough excuse. Just bring Fritsch back in and tell him this is what he needs to be doing. Hopefully may is fit. For me it's May, Fritsch for Turner and Fullarton. If mcvee is good he comes in for sharp and Tholstrop goes to sub.
I just said I'd replace Fullarton with Fritsch. No reason why Fritsch can't lead.So then we have no leading key forward and no key forward at all when Petty has to go into the ruck?
Fritsch isn't a key forward. You're playing one key forward, and then 0 key forwards when Petty has to ruck.I just said I'd replace Fullarton with Fritsch. No reason why Fritsch can't lead.
Hard to see many changes after a win. Fullarton didn't impact much with the stats but he lead towards the ball carrier which is what we've been missing and it helped make the forward line function better, so hopefully stays.
Didn't see the whole Casey game, but from the bits I saw McVee will come in, did enough for the Goody level, and Laurie and Sestan probably deserve it but can't imagine anyone else coming out to facilitate it.
OUT: Turner (conc.), Tholstrup
IN: May, McVee
Rivers finally up to midfield properly.
Big deal, how has a tall forward line been going for us all year. I'm sure we could manage a smaller forward line when petty is doing ruck duties. Fritsch has been kicking goals in a team that has the slowest ball movement, would imagine he would be 10x better then what we got out of Fullerton today.Fritsch isn't a key forward. You're playing one key forward, and then 0 key forwards when Petty has to ruck.
How'd that work out for us against Essendon?
Yeah would be great to get Windsor upfield but do we realistically see that happening? Also, Windsor is one of our worst kicks this year and Rivers generally one of our best, so personally I'd prefer having Rivers delivering it forward than Windsor. Rivers has been back out of necessity and that was his first good game, so I'm not too fussed about moving him out of there when McVee is ready given that's a 15% strike rate.Riv just played his best game of the year down back, I'm more than happy for him to stay there. If someone has to move upfield from the smaller defenders, I'd vote Windsor (or more preferably, drop Salem).
We scored 57 points against Essendon with that structure. No thanks.Big deal, how has a tall forward line been going for us all year. It wasn't the structure it was the ball movement. Ball movement was much better yesterday. Fullarton doesn't offer anything. We scored 57 points against Essendon with that structure. No thanks.
The ball movement was better in no small part because our forwards were actually leading at the ball carrier. It wasn't the structure it was the ball movement. Ball movement was much better yesterday. Fullarton doesn't offer anything.
I can't believe I have to justify that Fritsch is better than Fullarton. Just tell Fritsch to lead it's not hard. The ball movement was better in no small part because our forwards were actually leading at the ball carrier.
But sure, just kicked our highest score for the year, better change the forward structure...
Aside from the incredible notion that you want to go back to the forward structure that saw us kicking a whopping 57 points, do you think, just perhaps, he may have been dropped due to not doing what he was told...? Just a though mate. Enjoy your day.I can't believe I have to justify that Fritsch is better than Fullarton. Just tell Fritsch to lead it's not hard.
Wasting your time mate. The first half has absolutely stuff all to do with Fullarton playing and being big. Fritsch absolutely can do itI can't believe I have to justify that Fritsch is better than Fullarton. Just tell Fritsch to lead it's not hard.
