Do we think that persisting with Windsor in the backline is in part to try and improve his kicking? He's already one of our worst and that's with the less pressure of being at half back as opposed to being the middle. I've been keen on him in the middle too, but combining his poor kicking with Oliver, Viney, Trac and Gawn, who are all also terrible kicks might not be our best go? He's a receiver, not an extractor, so it would magnify it even more.
Eventually, 100%.His work in traffic is his best trait as is his run - he needs to be around the ball.
Pretty much no more Jayden Hunt types.Eventually, 100%.
Currently though, only Viney, Trac, AJ and JVR are worse kicks.
Running means nothing if you just turn it over. Ball movement > Running.
Windsor has footy smarts, Hunt doesn't, that's the difference to me though. You can see Windsor trying to do the right things, he's just not quite executing yet. He'll be a weapon once he gets that kicking sorted.Pretty much no more Jayden Hunt types.

Keep Fullarton in imo. Every time we play Richmond one of our plodder forwards teases us and turns into Wayne Carey for a night. This year is Fullarton's turn.
Which sucks. Dropping the only forward, if not player, with any footy IQ.Melksham likely to miss apparently, and Fritsch training with the main squad, so sounds like maybe that will be a direct swap.
It's not to do with form. I think the cut got infected and due to short turn around, he may not get up.Which sucks. Dropping the only forward, if not player, with any footy IQ.
Nah injury not dropped. Guessing it's that knee cut, but not 100% sure. Family member at training passed it on without much detail.Which sucks. Dropping the only forward, if not player, with any footy IQ.

Fair enough. Still sucks though. Footy IQ is a very rare skill-set these days.Nah injury not dropped. Guessing it's that knee cut, but not 100% sure. Family member at training passed it on without much detail.
100%, especially given Fritsh didn't do much at Casey and he provides no forward pressure which was a big factor in our win against Freo.Fair enough. Still sucks though.
In that case, I'd rather blood Sestan. See what he can do.100%, especially given Fritsh didn't do much at Casey and he provides no forward pressure which was a big factor in our win against Freo.
I really like Sesto and have wanted him to get a shot for a while, but he's been playing backline for Casey this year so wouldn't think he's a chance. In that case, I'd rather blood Sestan. See what he can do.
That's stupid, having him play def.I really like Sesto and have wanted him to get a shot for a while, but he's been playing backline for Casey this year so wouldn't think he's a chance.
He drew the short straw .That's stupid, having him play def.
They've played him all over the place across the journey but never given him a shot in the seniors. That's stupid, having him play def.
Wouln't surprise me if he seeks a move elsewhere. Otherwise, smoke 'em if you got 'em.They've played him all over the place across the journey but never given him a shot in the seniors.
No current season stats available
I don’t think Sestan has shown enough at VFL to have other teams chasing him.Wouln't surprise me if he seeks a move elsewhere. Otherwise, smoke 'em if you got 'em.
Buggered calf and still several weeks away.Hang on. How is Marty Hore?
Hunt like so many natural run and carry types... had no idea how to function at the time of the great flood.Windsor has footy smarts, Hunt doesn't, that's the difference to me though. Pity. I like him.Buggered calf and still several weeks away.
Not sure exactly what you're on about, flooding has been around for ages. Hunts decision making and skills just let him down, it has nothing to do with teams flooding.Hunt like so many natural run and carry types... had no idea how to function at the time of the great flood.
