I think Melksham has earned his spot, but he needs to do better to keep Harmes out
- Getting 200 games though is an amazing effort.

Excited to see who is the medi-sub, I think Brayshaw will stay in defence.

I am feeling good about this match.

When has he played wing? I doubt they’d want to move him from where he’s playing so well.

He has all the attributes needed so moving slightly up the ground isn't a big deal. Probably the best kick and reader of the ball of the likely fill in candidates. It's not like he was born to play half back or anything.

Yeah thats OK. He's been learning, developing his body and endurance, and now finds the team to be mostly regulars.
It took Sparrow, into his 3rd season, to get a regular game.

Will be amazed if he isn't delisted come the end of the season, havent seen anything to indicate he's a part of our best 30 players while in his fourth season.

He does have some attributes to play wing but that doesn’t automatically mean he will be good at it.

He'd be good doing anything. He's a natural, he's super talented, has great IQ, is the undefeated.

Pretty little media coverage considering its 1 v 4
Carlton are taking all the plaudits atm. Happy for that to continue while we keep banking wins. Let them have their moment. I'd p*** myself laughing if they lost to Collingwood! I like Collingwood at the G. Won't be an easy game for the Blues. I think if Freo hadn't lost the last two weeks unexpectedly then this would have been a big build up. As it stands we should win this one and win it well. I think our game against the Swans will get more coverage..

yeah he's played the wing well in his junior footy years, but i doubt they'll change up the back 7 though. they like stability back there and no other defender has come into the team.

the Dockers have a few fast small forwards that like to run over oppo defences through work rate when they get the chance, so he'll be needed back there anyway.
actually looking at the Dockers team on paper they look quite small forward with just Tabener and Lobb as the tall forwards. Lobb will also have to do some of the back up ruck duties as well. probably a good chance Cox will go forward for them i reckon.

I'll take your word for it, the better we get the less I pay attention to the opposition. :D

Wow, hes the best aerobic runner, along with ANB. And with pace. I think he'll develop along similar time lines.
ANB had to play at Casey level frequently.

lol, hes nowhere near the player Nib was at the same point of his career. Not to mention he has ordinary (being kind here) skills

Im amazed he was retained over Lockhart who had shown far more

At one point Brayshaw and Langdon/Jordan have been the worst kicks in the team. Nothing to do with kicking had to give that up last year. It's all to do with gut running and being able to hold width. Bowey goes no where near the wing imo

Be interesting to see who they rotate through Langdon's wing in his absence. His ability to play pretty much 100% of the game always saves us a few rotations at least. Seems he's always available as an outlet and his repeated runs and link up play will be missed, hopefully not too much.

Baker looks garbage. He does absolutely nothing with or without the footy. If he was delisted tomorrow no club looks at him.
He can run fast. But agree, the writing is on the wall when he’s the most experienced winger playing at Casey but doesn’t come in when a wing gets injured.
