IN: Tomlinson, Laurie, Grundy, Chandler, Hibbo.
OUT: Petty, Spargo.
Glad they aren't risking Petty, assume Tommo comes in for him.
Id like to see Laurie come in for Spargo, need him to get a run to see if he can play but suspect Chandler will be the one who comes in.
Would love Hibbo to come in for JJ and have Rivers play up the ground but unlikely that happens.

thought he wasnt being picked for the rest of the year?
Give me Hibberd, Melksham, Rivers and Chandler from that bench (Smith sub)
thought he wasnt being picked for the rest of the year?
you did? Because of his attitude?Who said that?
you did? Because of his attitude?
"Timestamps would be appreciated."No, I never said he wouldn't be picked for the rest of the year.
He was dropped after the Collingwood game because of his attitude that week and I believe that will contribute to him being traded, but I never said he wouldn't be picked for the rest of the year.
However, if you can quote me I will put "booshboy is king" in my profile for the week.
I really dont want you to put that in your profile. No, I never said he wouldn't be picked for the rest of the year.

"Gay for booshboy"If I find it can Lord Nev put "booshboy has a big dick and I love it" instead?
Yeah I like Spargo but when our talls can't mark you need more from your forwards than just a nice kick. Bowey forward pleaseCorrect.
Personally, I do love when our forwards are a chance at scoring from 40 metres out. Maybe that's just me though
Surely Grundy is named in the squad only as a contingency for a Gawn injury during the warm up.Grundy is surely named just to shut the media up, but won't play?
I’d be staggered if they held Grundy over given Goodwin stated Grundy will play as a forward in the VFL. Not playing Grundy at either level would be the worst of both worlds.Casey play the day before the 1s this week, I wonder if they hold grundy over?

Which begs the question “Why name Grundy as an emergency at all?”.
If it’s contingency for a Gawn pre game injury then it will be too late because Grundy has played the day before.
If Gawn hurt himself today then Melbourne can change their squad anyway and could’ve added Grundy when they removed Gawn. Same if it’s because Brown or JvR are doing a fitness test today.
Schache would be the one to hold over or only use for half a game in the VFL on the very small chance something happens to Gawn pregame.
So yeah, Grundy being named in the squad is a head scratcher given the timing of the VFL and AFL games.
