Smaller sides like us, North, Dogs etc are always complaining we don't get enough media attention good fixtures etc. It would be so easy for one of those sides to start potting their opponents every week and watch the media flock like seagulls to a chip to cover their game.

Everyone is so ****ing scared of being disliked or hated. Collingwood used to embrace it and look at the size of them, neutrals would come to watch us if we started lipping in the media and there was some angst going into games

The trouble with Champion Data is their algorithms and metrics are too opaque. Gawn was apparently the highest rated player from round 1. He had a great game but would love to see how it's ranked against the other great performances from the round and what made his stand above theirs.

Think it's got to do with positions. So against other ruck games his was huge and gets weighted differently. Champion data is ****ing weird tho.

They give out the same amount of ratings points for every game so it's a flawed system right off the bat.
