Neither Melksham or Spargo in the emergencies is a bit strange I reckon.
He has Achilles soreness. He's being managed.

Hmm. Would have though Petty's Protocol would've prevented him from playing this Saturday. Isn't his 2-weeks finishing up on Monday next week? Still confused by that.

Still would have thought that even 12 days would have included this Saturday. Would have played him against the Hawks.

They can play on the 12th day. There's a whole structured time frame to it on what they should do every day, it's not just "12 days off".

Thanks for the clarification guys. Still would have kept him back till the Hawks. Then again if he wanted match fitness via the VFL he would have had to play in GC anyway.

Don’t think Petty has been great this year, bit of vfl won’t hurt.
