Would probably look at bringing in an extra KPD - for Bergman if he's injured.

Wing options are thin, but wouldn't mind trying Lorenz for Wehr just to see how it goes.

If Cochrane performs well today maybe bring him in? Not exactly like for like, but wouldn't mind dropping Watkins for him.

One of these nothing to lose games no one expects us to come close and on talent and experience alone Gold Coast should win by 6 goals plus. It will be warm and humid. Today is 34 degrees in Darwin. Gold Coast play tonight. It will be an energy sapping game tonight then they have a 6 day break and have to do it all again against us Friday night. The only chance of a big upset is if they are fully gassed next week having to back up again after tonight. That's our only hope. Gold Coast by 12 points.

I thought the same when I saw the 5 game stretch Haw, gell, ade, wb and G.C.
Out of those sides I put gold coast 5th best and thought if we could snatch one of the 5 the Darwin game was the best chance. Hopefully a couple of players in the sanfl put their hands up today to give Josh more options

Port for starters should not play how they did against the dogs.

Playing too acute in slippery condition is a recipe for disaster.

I’m not the biggest fan of Burgoyne in defence, but I’m not sure who else there is other than DBJ if Bergman doesn’t get up.

Pretty much how see it as well, but I do think DBJ will be the 7th defender.

Is Butters going to be suspended? Didn’t look too bad on vision I’ve seen, but the AFL may want to teach him a lesson?

Butters not suspended. As expected by anyone with a brain. Was a totally fair bump, I dont even understand what the free was for? Player played on, no head contact, etc.

Bergman has possibly got a broken big toe.
Evans had a shoulder issue but seemed to play through.
DBJ an ankle issue.

Player wise, Visentini is one I'd be looking at dropping. There were so many bad players last night though and we dont have many other options.
