I’ll go with Carr making four of those, while Hinkley only picked McEntee over Lorenz.

We clearly dont rate Lorenz internally. Totally overlooked early in the season, gets a chance and bang straight back out.

Boak in the SANFL is the best statement.

Hope Visentini is ready to go, Sweet has been poor, but hes probably still better than Vis and Sweet would've gotten hold of OBrien this week, so that could be a big boost for the Crows.

Its a great point, 119 is more than 15 goals, so if we want to be beaten by more than 15 goals, Jed had to come in.

Dante in is a good inclusion. Whatever sweet is doing isn’t working, his direct opponent has been either best or second best for the oppo in the last 4 games. He still gets lots of hit outs but we are still losing clearance. English gave him the biggest bath I’ve ever seen.

I thought Burton v Evans was a coin flip last week and Evans was poor so probably not a big surprise that one either.

Berry had to be dropped.

Sinn back in is okay too.

Moraes for Lorenz is the weird one, Lorenz didn’t do much wrong and probably deserves more than one game and Moraes brought back in after no SANFL game? Did they think he just needed a weeks rest?

And McEntee lol, that was always going to get people up in arms here. How is he picked ahead of Boak? Is he going to terrorise Rankine or something?

Unfortunately Crouch won’t be playing and the reincarnation of Greg Williams like he normally is against us so it will be left to some other spud like Keays who’s done f-all for weeks to take out the “spuds that rip us apart” award this week.

One thing is for certain - Josh Worrell will retain the mantle as biggest faux tough guy flog in the game.

Potential for a multi of goalless quarters from us.

Dropping a player in Lorenz’s situation after just one week will do nothing for his confidence, & reinforces my belief that our current coaching group perfectly resembles our Board in every way….both completely f***ing clueless.

So Evans who was out of form at all levels was recalled then dropped again, Berry plays one ok sanfl game is recalled, now dropped again, Mc Entee shows nothing at Sanfl is picked, Moraes rested, plays no sanfl and is then selected seemingly over Lorenz who was showing signs. Jackson cant even get a go as the sub. Some odd player management there.

Hmmm. So we got belted by the dogs and needed a response. We’ve often demanded it of the coaches in the past. This week we’ve got it, although some players have gotten a pass when they really shouldn’t have. Seems like we are punishing some juniors to make a statement to the seniors because we just don’t have the depth to make a statement of the seniors.

Sweet looks a tad tired and needs to work on a lot. Soldo isn’t ready, Dante makes sense.

Rioli is a forced out. Charleson and Anastasopoulos aren’t ready. Jackson and Williams aren’t athletic enough. Could we have added Jackson to the midfield mix and pushed Rozee forward? Guess they felt that Jed has experience?

Lorenz was alright. Harsh drop. Guess the thinking is one inexperienced out, one inexperienced player in, can’t have too much inexperience all at once? Not sure Moraes talent or past form demanded immediate recall over giving Lorenz another game? Nor has Mead’s form been good enough nor is he experienced enough to justify keeping him in after his most recent performance.

Berry has looked way off the pace, but playing small/half forward in a team that didn’t bother turning up for 3 quarters, isn’t that easy. With Rioli out, reckon Berry probably should have had another run.

Evans has struggled. Sinn has been solid this year and made sense to return once cleared from a concussion point of view. Burton is experienced, having another experienced, versatile player makes sense.

The crime we’ve once again made, when making a statement by dropping players, is to have those same players as the emergencies. What a bloody joke.

We will delist mcentee, better get games into him.

Are we not playing the youth? Moraes, Burgoyne, Sinn, Richards, JHF, Georgiades, Lord, Jones, McEntee, Visentini - that’s a lot of inexperience and youth. Outside of Mead for Berry or Lorenz - not sure we’ve got anyone else knocking the door down.
