Adelaide love two things to beat Port when Ken was in charge, flood back like in the Noah days and an extra man at the contest.

The lads are playing much more patient again that style of flood play.

Agree they are playing much more patient and controlled. But can also go fast and direct if needed. A noticeable improvement in skills over the last couple of weeks helps that.

Avoiding Adelaide parking the bus at CHB and playing rebound football (which won’t win premierships) will open space for Whitlock and MG to lead into.

Get under the ****ers skin and start a new showdown tradition under Carr where they fight to the death again and get in front of the head to head ledger again. Worrell is an exceptional talent so I’m really curious to see what sort of plan Josh has for him.

Will also be interesting to see what the plan is for thilthorpe given our lack of tall defenders.

Yes. Has mentioned it a couple of times in his new media role.

Basically he would review the fixture and highlight games that we should win, and put red on games that he thought would be difficult to win.

Hilarious, and goes someway to explain why our record against top 8 sides was about 25-30% and we were almost 100% against the bottom 4. He literally coached to look competitive and get 12-15 wins a year against the crap of the competition.
