It's the exact same move, he just doesn't have as many seniors to bring back this time. Not even close to that game in terms of selections, not remotely close. Look, I understand the melts this week, but they also need to be somewhat factual.

The problem is if he does well next week, we'd have to drop him for Tex to come back in. This way we can dropYeah I have a soft spot for him.
Don't see why they can't give him a crack up fwd.
Hed hit the pack harder than anyone else up there and he can actually kick over a jam tin. Couldnt be any worse than HBerg.
Is it more beneficial for him to play in the fwd pocket in the 1's or play midfield in the 2's? Genuine question as I've heard he's not fit enough to play mid in the 1's.
I get that it's disappointing for him, even more so that Rachele got the opportunity in the middle in the last quarter in front of him last week.
I can't understand how our key forwards are Berg and Fog.........Port's defence will be sh1tting bricks!
When will the young blokes get a go in the middle FFS???
Murphy in for Pedlar? Maybe they're tanking?
I remember that selection day and not close to the same vibe either. RT for Berg, Pedlar for Murphy and Tex for Fog and I would be happy with the team; only two of those changes seem somewhat realistic for next week though.Same vibe though, select every fit player with more than 30 games experience we have no matter how shit, and hope for the best
Perfectly ok with that, Brodie has been fantastic this season and has always been thought of highly as a leader by the players. We've also decided that Brodie Smith, not Tom Doedee, will be captain
Soooo much, this. The guys has no idea , he’s a Hinkley clone talks a great game
Motivates but tactically useless
Hope we finish bottom again , get a good draft pick , sack Nicks and offer Clarkson a blank cheque
Thilthorpe needs to gain confidence in the 2s, it would be doing more harm that good from what the club is saying.I genuinely thought Berry must've been injured. How is he not getting a game? Please explain the benefit in playing Himmelberg over Riley? Get the kids in, and more senior plays like Junior will actually contribute something to the future of the club.
Now I’ve seen it all, we must have really ducked up this weekOh dear, they are some terrible selections, wow. Pedlar one week and out. Frampton for Murray I can live with, but Murphy for Pedlar is horrible. Had no issues with Murphy as sub, but would appear Pedlar gets that role now.
Short-sighted (or very AFC) to not give the job to a potential future captain.Perfectly ok with that, Brodie has been fantastic this season and has always been thought of highly as a leader by the players.
Well I can tell you with confidence that he isn't Peter J.Has anyone seen Slippery Pete ? If not does anyone know how we can check on him?
Himmelberg and Frampton in the same team! And the universe hasn’t imploded… (yet)
That "Not fit enough for afl midfield" crap really starts to wear a little thin when you look at what our fitter/experienced players serve up year in, year out.
Fckn hate that B.S mentality.
