The concerning part for me is not that we're bottom of the ladder but knowing those in charge don't know what they are doing which fills me with no confidence that we can rebound anytime soon. Farken depressing.Yeah. He's clearly a stop gap. Need to reboot the whole club off field, get some qualified people in and start over.
If Mrouch plays ahead of Polholke I will be furious!I do wish that Nicks would grow a pair and drop Matt Crouch. His output is actually favouring the opposition and we go backwards or jog on the spot every time he gets the ball.
I think he would be the least damaging midfielder in the AFL right now, he either handballs to the player next to him or kicks it 30m up and 15m long

You're not alone. That's most of us I reckon. The concerning part for me is not that we're bottom of the ladder but knowing those in charge don't know what they are doing which fills me with no confidence that we can rebound anytime soon. Farken depressing.
I assume we are saving coaching staff money this year not concerned about effectively tanking for better picks as we have assembled the weakest coaching group in the AFL.You're not alone. That's most of us I reckon.
You couldn't assemble a more incompetent off field outfit if you wanted to.
Maybe Gooch is a knobI don’t get Gooch not playing at this point.
Are we still building his fitness? He’s a first round pick who showed glimpses last year before being dropped after a game he was concussed in.
At this rate we’re throwing him away for nothing and I can’t help but feel there’s an AFL player there somewhere.
Gooch in next week for Murphy or Keays, surely.
Keen to see McAdam get a run.
Calling it now..Yes, I saw it.
So we either wasted a first round pick on a guy who doesn’t mentally want it or have physically capability to play AFL footy.
Or we don’t have the ability to develop players as our recruiters thought we did.
How does Gibbs get named even on an extended bench.
Two wingers in Atkins and Seedsman out... who else on the bench fits those roles?
What a clownish outfit we have representing us.
More likely you are a knob.Maybe Gooch is a knob
Calling it now..
Gooch is a knob
Would have preferred Lynch and Walker out. Hartigan to CHB. McAsey up forward with Fog and Himmelberg off the bench. Play Mcadam and Davis along with McHenry or Stengle when available and give Gallucci one last shot.I’m calling it now
Walker will be out
Nicks says we need forward marking power, we will go for Billy or the Berg
Haha bit defensive champ ..More likely you are a knob.
Calling it now...
You are a knob.
Probably banging some Goldie hoe?Where is Sholl?
Its Rowie, he apparently thinks people are willing to workout when he is playing the clown or being serious. Not sure he's blaming him, more so he's saying what he does and doesn't do well.
What I'd do.
McAdam for Laird, Murphy goes back
Sholl for Atkins
Poholke for Matt
MacPherson from for Seeds, Doedee upfield
Frampton for Walker
Jones plays midfield and Sloane goes forward.
wait, you mean you aren't listening to SEN ?That was disgusting who Brad Crouch threw under the bus the other day .....everything other than taking personal responsibility
Yep send Murphy back
Doedee in the midfield with Jones & Matt Crouch
Poholke is gone
Frampton is gone (should be)
MCadam at HFF
I'm gathering by his look, Schoenberg is a long way from AFL Fitness
How could anyone do a better job than ex players who love the club so much?I assume we are saving coaching staff money this year not concerned about effectively tanking for better picks as we have assembled the weakest coaching group in the AFL.
If we are not currently seeking out new experienced assistants for next season I will be pissed off.
Any player over 22 that has been there through the Sando, Dean Bailey, Walsh, 2017 GF and Camp times needs to be moved out before their damaged attitudes infects the younger players

I still don't think our administration have accepted rebuilding means losing games and there's tons of internal (and external) pressure on Nicks to "just get a win" and he's backing in some out of form seniors to try and take the heat off (the same mistake Pyke made in the 2nd half of last year). Unfortunately it just ends up in a shooting yourself in the foot situation where you have people prioritising this week over the next 24 months. I imagine that pressure is huge on Nicks knowing he's at a club that turfs coaches after 2 years and he's in a situation where it's such a huge task just about any coach would have troubles getting the squad into the finals by 2021.Richmond lose 1 game and drop 4 players.

I am reminded somewhat of those 2010-2011 Richmond teams when Hardwick first started where their list was so threadbare they were playing guys like Ben Nason, Angus Graham, Matt Dea, Dean Polo, Brad Miller and the like. We don't have the depth to do what Richmond did and drop 4 blokes knowing their replacements will get the job done coming in. So they're betting on a turn around, rather than playing a guy who isn't good enough like Richmond did (of which we now have more than a few of most likely due to poor development/list management over the last 2 years).
Those early years weren't great for Richmond, but they began to turn their form around on-field and further off-field improvements took them all the way. If Roo/Chapman/Fagan are holding Nicks back because they want a win to keep the heat off them then we're back here in 2-3 years time with a new rookie coach and loading up for another trip on the same roller coaster that Sando and Pyke ultimately took us on. A brief high followed by continued lows.

Do you just want to drop all senior players? How much youth does he need to bring in each week? How much more inexperienced do we need to go? Senior players are gradually getting dropped, but it’s not something that can be done in one week. Hartigan, Gibbs and Mackay aren’t playing. McHenry is named on the ball, Hamill is named on the wing, this is a new era and I’m excited to watch them develop, but they need some senior players to help.I still don't think our administration have accepted rebuilding means losing games and there's tons of internal (and external) pressure on Nicks to "just get a win" and he's backing in some out of form seniors to try and take the heat off (the same mistake Pyke made in the 2nd half of last year).
