What Nicks needs to do is being in a gameplan, not bring in Gibbs, Murphy, Atkins. FMD.

You started to see glimpses of the idea in the third quarter, so it's ever so slowly occurring. That said, you certainly don't bring in any of those.

Why say you’re going to pick youth over senior players whenever possible and then not select Davis since round one or any of Sholl, Shoenberg or Worrell at all?

Starting to lose faith that Nicks is actually bringing anything different to Pyke in regards to selections.
