If drop schofield then McGovern has to play back and Petrie has to ruck. Which he is bad at

I see Petrie suited more as a 2nd tall over Gov- which then frees up Darling somewhat.

I just prefer/feel more comfortable with Gov down back as our general.

Schofield and Petrie haven't put a foot wrong- whoever is dropped won't deserve it. Which is good, exactly how we want it to be.

Mark LeCras has never had a 4-game goalless streak in his career. From a really brief look I dont think he's even had a 3-game streak. That speaks volumes as a forward and missing JK.

Just how much work does JK do to get Lecca into the game? Mids scored the lions share of our goals last week. I'm not confident we can rely on that to continue. Lecca needs to be replaced and although Hill didn't light it up in the magoos he always comes back hungry after playing WAFL.

Pardon the intrusion, I always like to scan the changes thread of the team we're playing the next weekend.
I have to say that it is bloody refreshing to read all the comments regarding Jonesy and the respect you guys seem to show oppo players.
Tis a far cry from the garbage we've been putting up with following the Collingwood game.
We obviously love Jonesy so it's really good to come here and find him being spoken about in a similar way to how we speak of him.
On another note, I am glad Shuey got off - didn't deserve a week and will Kennedy get up?
A tough road trip as it is so I don't see us getting up but I much prefer to see good players play and have us play teams at their best to really see where we are at so I really hope he gets up.
All the best for the weekend in what a hope is a tough, enjoyable game to watch

Anyone hear SEN? Apparently us, Adelaide and Essendon have our contracts set up to give us a heap of space with the increase in the cap, while other clubs have contracts already in place that will cover the increase.

Didn't actually hear it myself just heard from a friend that it was something along these lines. Was just looking for a bit more info on how the whole thing works for us.

You can download the podcast, but essentially the three clubs mentioned have a larger majority of players on contracts that did not make a provision for the CBA, i.e. we have more money to play with. The majority of others clubs players are getting an increase of 20% immediately as they had conditions in their contracts, and hence have already "spent" the 20% increase.

I get what you're saying and he deserves to be dropped.
However, I'm more worried about Lecca having another goalless game than him kicking 3+ goals to be honest
