Bye bye Noddy.
Foot skills were deplorable and slipped over more times than my Mum on a dance floor after a bottle of wine
Switta is somehow not a wet weather small. Lots of evasive stuff close, speed and short clean handpasses. All stuff he is great in isn't so much the thing to do when it is wet. Schulz on the other hand...Schulz and Switter were garbage. The wet, sloppy stuff is where the smalls have to lift. Both were horrid
In his prime he was averaging 20+Stephen Hill back in his prime would average around 15 disposals a game. You might think that is great. Sure he would have a horrible 12 disposals game one week and then get 18 disposals and 2 or 3 goals the next week.
Stephen Hill rarely wasted of butchers the ball
Yeah, O'Driscoll can keep playing... in the WAFL. Very out of form right now, guy needs to head down there and actually dominate a WAFL game. Don't think he's ever done it before.He was present in the first half then went missing in the second. You’ve got to keep playing him.
Sturt did kick a goal tonight. A beautiful set shot goal too.I think we can put Sturt and Henry on the back of the shelf and start playing some different names. Those guys should be cut years end.
Was Sturt not fine in his role? Clearly better than his medium forward mate this game which will make selections interesting because Walters has to come in.
Aish is also clearly not playing so both Henry and Noddy are playing next week
Aish, Banfield/Sturt -> JOM, Walters
Doubt Darcy gets up
Banfield was great in the past few weeks but, like many, wasn't great in the wet tonight - he was unlucky to be subbed outWe are not a good enough AFL team to leave Neil Erasmus in the twos.
Let’s end the hubris and pump games into our potentially elite young talent.
People like Banfield, Sturt, NOD, Frederick should not be starting before Erasmus Any more
