I think Banfield will be dropped as he’s not an established enough player to afford a 2 disposal, 0% efficiency game and still stay in the team. Only proven guns get that luxury.Aish and Henry are definite outs, Sturt could join them.
Would like to see Worner finally get a go.

So you're complaining that Sturt had the nous to be able to find a bunch of space for a mark i50 in what was a very contested game?Issue with Henry and Sturt is they're awkward fits and came in playing roles that imo aren't suited to them at AFL level. Sturt came in for Darcy and was supposed to be a taller presence up fwd, but can't win a contest. His goal (off an admittedly very good set shot) came because no defender was within 30m of him. Henry might be able to play as a deeper winger/occasionally on-ball at WAFL level, but at AFL level his lack of physicality gets exposed in those areas; he's closer to a fwd-wing than a true wing to me. Either of them getting looks in their preferred roles is a tough sell when Walters, Schultz, Switta, Freddy and even Banfield are all more influential as smaller/medium fwds (though a lot of the players on that list had their colours lowered vs Richmond).
The idea that people are comparing Freddy and Sturt is insane. Even in a bad game, Freddy generated 2 shots for himself. I think people underestimate how much his pace warps and worries defences (but also over the season, the raw numbers alone tell you Freddy's way more influential).
Its reflexive horse shit. You can add ODriscoll to that list too.Not sure why people are having a go a Sturt really. I thought he was better than all of Banfield, Frederick Henry and even Switta (who was well off his best).

He didn't start the game. Came on when the tigers started dominated and the ball was locked in the tigers half. 2nd quarter wasn't ideal conditions, then he was subbed off not long after 3rd quarter.I think Banfield will be dropped as he’s not an established enough player to afford a 2 disposal, 0% efficiency game and still stay in the team. Henry will also be dropped as he is simply not good enough. Right now he has nothing that makes him stand out at AFL level in any way. Erasmus is MILES ahead of him in my opinion already.
Noddy has been poor this year and is on thin ice but he will surely survive if Aish is ruled out.
After Sturt kicked his goal, he was hardly sighted. So you're complaining that Sturt had the nous to be able to find a bunch of space for a mark i50 in what was a very contested game?
Also how was Banfield at all more influential than him last night? He didn't get near it

It was far from a contested game. No one was even marking him.
Yeah, I'm not even sure he's an x factor. It's almost certain he'll do a couple of speccy things and maybe get on the end of some goals when the team is well up, but almost as certain that he'll go completely missing when the going's tough. Last night he reminded me of Nic Nat early on in his career, looking completely lost out there and always being halfway between the player disposing of it and where the ball was likely to go, so never got near it. Played so wide of Vlaustin, I think it was, who gave him an absolute bath and started many of the Tiges moves forward while Fred just seemed to be wandering around aimlessly. I also don't like how he just wants to stand off and corral rather than get in there - maybe it's instructions but his only tackles seem to be the run down type ones.Frederick is an x-factor
You have to cop the good with bad.
He is going to have 3-4 of those type games a year where he looks like totally clueless.
He had two touches. He's gone.He didn't start the game. Came on when the tigers started dominated and the ball was locked in the tigers half. 2nd quarter wasn't ideal conditions, then he was subbed off not long after 3rd quarter.
You make it like the 2 disposals was from 4 quarters lol but I guess that's the way you want to spin it.
3 very good games followed by 1 not great, where he wasn't alone doesn't warrant being dropped.
He does a similar role to Treacy doesn't he? I would think that his time would have been before Josh came back in and played well.Is it so bad that I just want to see Corbett given a go? We traded him in for a reason, surely he can offer something in the forward 50 if we gave him the chance. He's played one quarter for us.

Drop both Banfield and Sturt. Walters needs to come in too.Out: Aish, Henry, Banfield/Sturt
In: Darcy, O'Meara, Erasmus
If Darcy isn't fit bring in one of Corbett, Kuek or Reidy
I can't understand why we are perssiting with Henry on the wing. Erasmus played minutes there earlier in the year, and has the added bonus of actually providing defensive pressure.Y'all are overreacting to this loss. There won't be many changes:
JOM > Aish
Walters > Sturt
Sturt to sub
Henry will move to the wing
It's my interpretation of how the match committee will go. Ras is an inside mid so he needs to replace JOM or Fyfe. I told people he would be starved of opportunities when we got JOM but no one believed me lol. JOM was the right call so he just needs to bide his time.I can't understand why we are perssiting with Henry on the wing. Who stays in next week out of Banfield and Sturt?
