Spot on our depth is currently not great with injuriesIf it wasn't Mcneil it would've been Gardner. Unfortunately injuries mean these guys are going to get games.

I think we still need to do alot of work on our depth players regardless of injury, the injuries certainly highlight the issues when 3 or 4 of these guys have to play instead of 1 or 2 at most.Spot on our depth is currently not great with injuries
Yep Baker/Poulter/Gards/McNeil/Scott types need to become more Harmes/Kennedy or Davidson/Hynes/Dolan typesI think we still need to do alot of work on our depth players regardless of injury, the injuries certainly highlight the issues when 3 or 4 of these guys have to play instead of 1 or 2 at most.

They were both emergencies last week as well. Edging closer is Jaques. Interesting that he played wing in the VFL. Potentially exposing him to different positions to give him more opportunity at AFL?Buss & Jaques as emergencies is a positive sign.
McNeil and West were also net negatives on the night which could be your only reasoning
There is no way that previous bias contributed in this at all and it's a pretty disrespectful that that is the suggestion, just because Gardner is likely a nice guy and you want to see him do well
Had no positive impact on the game and his direct opponent was best on by a stretch. Had a 5 minute period in the second quarter where three poor Gardner efforts resulted in a goal and there was others throughout the game. Think you might be the one with bias
Personally would have preferred Hynes stay in the VFL and build up a few more weeks of confidence and good form in that role, but can't be upset rewarding the young man after a great game last week. Will need to play a bit of a different role in the seniors this week and sounds like he might be the sub so makes it a bit tougher, but hope he goes well!
McNeil gets a reprieve and needs to have a big game to avoid being the one to come out for Harmes next week.
Hopefully demoted to Sub at least.F...Up McNeill should have been dropped. He just cannot be relied on when the games are up for grabs he is a serial game killer. He looks up when we are when we are well on top hope he is sub.
McNeil for sub you’d think
Feel free to read the post a bit above yours where only 1 goal was attributed to him, but sure, go off old mate.
Our defenders were hung out to dry by a weak midfield effort to stop their multitude of easy entries and everyone had it hard.
At least you made me go look deeper at some stats to find he had has as many clangers as Lobb (1), more spoils than anyone other than JOD & equal 6th most pressure acts from the whole team.
He played his part, but was one of the many lambs to the wolves.
Let’s hope we do actually FTB them.I'll watch the match and support the team of course, but I gotta admit...I'm feeling very meh about this game, and the prospect of looking impressive against the Saints. Nothing against St Kilda. Just suffering a footy hangover from our recent failures versus Geelong and particularly Hawthorn. I'm going to take limited pleasure out of flat-track bullying some of the lower teams.
Same mindset I'll have. Will undoubtedly Enjoy the game, but its hard to go apeshit over graduating Primary School for the Hundredth time.I'll watch the match and support the team of course, but I gotta admit...I'm feeling very meh about this game, and the prospect of looking impressive against the Saints.
