I hope we're at least 60 points up at 3/4 time, so you can kick back and really enjoy that last quarter, Chicago.Got my reserved accessible ticket and companion ticket for Sunday. Ticketmaster was very helpful. Great bargain using the Flexible 6 member's tickets. Can't wait to see us beat Richmond.
And the donut van. I miss that van that sat at the top, at the Geelong Rd. end. Best donuts ever. Back then you could get six for basically the price of one, now.Should be called the Beasley end for our home games.
Replete with a hot pie stand.
Last year I went to the game against Freo which we won convincingly. Two years ago I went to the game against West Coast, you know the one...I hope we're at least 60 points up at 3/4 time, so you can kick back and really enjoy that last quarter, Chicago.
Why? He played 1 game all yearGarcia just has to be rewarded with a game.
Small sample size, but a bloke returning from injury and putting in a 39 disposal shift has to be considered for a sub. Why? He played 1 game all year
They're 14th in the VFLSmall sample size, but a bloke returning from injury and putting in a 39 disposal shift has to be considered for a sub.
Think Treloar needs to play this game and then rest the next, like I mentioned earlier managing Libba on Sunday would make sense for mine. Would also mean he plays his 250th v. the Crows.
Garcia needs to watch some tapes of Clay Smith. Thats the only way i can see him making it as a consistent selectionWhat makes anybody think that Garcia will ever transition from being a classic tweener who is a bit to good for the VFL but hasn't really shown he can bring a consistent level to his game at the higher level? His issue is compounded by the fact that he is a clearance player in the style of Libba but with infinite worse disposal and game sense. Disposal that would see us tearing out our hair if he played as a small forward. The only way he has a substantial career with us is if we start to transition Libba out of the middle, but then Garcia runs into Freijah, Sanders, Hynes or other better equiped contenders for the role of taking over from the King. We are beginning to see this usurping taking place with Freijah in particular strategically taking more midfield time late in qtrs.
Garcia is fine as usuable depth. However I suspect that if a team came for him, we'd be happy to facilitate a move.
With a little adjustment. I could easily write a paragraph saying much the same about Caleb Poulter.
We need to look past these kind of guys when it comes to the subject of our best 22. Especially now that the list is as close to full strength as it's likely to be.
The main thing Garcia needs right now is game time and continuity. Has been out all year and finally get one VFL game under his belt. To then play him as the sub at AFL level to come on and play one quarter when he desperately needs game time would be a very poor call IMO.Small sample size, but a bloke returning from injury and putting in a 39 disposal shift has to be considered for a sub.
If Garcia is fit, and has a good run at the VFL, give him a crack at copying westy.I know it's not like for like but I'd actually prefer Garcia to McNeil as a small fwd.
More versatile and he can actually kick a clutch goal.
SORRY YOU ARE WRONGCorrect, love him. Note that I never said the MC should drop him but that I would like to see him impact/spoil with his body more often.
I think he is better than JUH.
