i think JJ's reported illness could be a ruse and could be another soft tissue injury to be our this long with illness is unusual.

I'll be very disappointed if that's the case. I think he has been really good this season so far and is a walk up best 22 for mine.

Good mail, man that is disappointing. Unless it's something to do with managing his load in lieu of the 5 day break which wouldn't really make sense when he is coming off a break and we aren't resting Libba / Treloar etc, I feel like Harmes is absolutely best 22 and this is a poor call.

Harmes is a great role player in the 15-25 range and he was out of form before injury hence not a moral inclusion

Wasn't he the #1 rated winger in the comp like 3-4 weeks ago? Wasn't great against the Cats like a few others but had 18 and a goal against the Hawks a week later and I don't remember him being poor that game...

I’d imagine Harmes is only in the 2’s for a week. He’ll find his way back in against the swans probably replacing one of the younger guys.

However I’m glad we’re giving Hynes more opportunity.

He was. How Bramble in this side ahead of Harmes is a head scratcher. Thought he may still be suffering concussion symptoms but he’s an emergency so can’t be the case.

Yep, a curfew was imposed by the Magistrate when Balta was bailed.

10pm - 6am curfews are fairly stock standard. This is when most alcohol fuelled violence occurs.

Not sure of the angst over Harmes. Was good a few weeks ago but his last 2 before injury were poor. Also does not play Mc Neils role so not sure of the relevance there.

Our last 4 or 5 picked are inexperienced and hopefully do develop this year for a decent crack at it.

JJ fit, Harmes in form are really the only 2 out who could improve the team selcted this week and even then it would not be significantly (assuming JUH is miles away)
