Don't like your chances mate, you're gonna have to be on some form of public transport for that last km or 2 unless you want to park at the Casino hours beforehand which is a gamble itself. I know you're a big camper so if you've got a kayak you could park in Maylands and paddle in?

I parked at the East Perth train station and walked from there. It’s not super close but it not a difficult walk.
