Wouldn't mind Clark coming in and playing closely on Paddy cripps. Not a hard tag but to try and nullify him at stoppages
Just looked it up, and they're pretty much identical height and weight. With contested footy being a strength of theirs and a weakness of ours, I think this is a good call. Nic back in the team will help a lot as far as breaking even and turning it into a dogfight, too - you'd think he'd be able to impose himself on De Koning at stoppages (around the ground a different story).

Exact same height but our Lad weighs 1kg more. Boy is packin' some serious heat! it seems !!

B: Hurn, Barrass, Rotham
HB: Duggan, Bazzo, Jones
C: Gaff, Kelly, Hough
HF: Waterman, Darling, Ryan
F: Rioli, Kennedy, Cripps
R: Naitanui, Shuey, Redden
I: Petruccelle, Williams, SPS, Trew, West, Witherden, Nelson, Edwards

Witherden, Nelson and Edwards all potential replacements for Yeo - keep the Blues guessing.

My final changes would be Kennedy, SPS and Nelson for Trew, West and Yeo.

I know Nelson in will be unpopular but the thinking is that he will play a lockdown role and release Duggan to be more attacking in the absence of Yeo. Hopefully he gets some confidence back.

Kennedy straight swap for West who played permanently forward. SPS straight swap for Trew.

Final bench: Petch, Williams, SPS, Nelson.

Final emergencies: Trew (sub), West (held over), Witherden, Edwards (WAFL). West ends up with a week off, he’s been looking a bit banged up.

Speedy forward Jack Petruccelle looks unlikely to retain his spot after training away from the main group, spending most of the session running laps on the adjacent oval.

From the west…. Rinse and repeat if true. Plays ok, next week out hamstring.

In - JK, SPS, GC, HE
Out - Elliot Yeo, Bailey Williams, Josh Rotham
Sub - Westy

Waterman or JD or Hedwards to give NicNat a chop out, alla Sylvagni.

Why doesn't Waterman Ruck? If he was servicable as a second ruck, it would solve a lot of our problems, as he is handy enough up forward to be a forward/ruck.

193cm, not particularly strong and not a particularly big leap (that I have seen anyway) so probably nothing to suggest he has a realistic chance of being a serviceable second ruck. Having said that, Silvagni has been more competitive when pinch hitting than I would have expected.

Great call. Can’t see why he’s not playing more. Has shown he’s not a turkey. Don’t know if he’ll be a champ but at present we just don’t know.
And tailing Cripps could be a great lesson for him and the club.

For mine, I want the bench to be SPS, Trew, Culley, Williams with Foley the Sub.

I know Culley probably isn't 100% ready but I wanna see what he's got. Give him a taste of the top level at home in front of a killer crowd.

Plus it'll allow us to see how a Culley /Trew Midfield will look for the future.
