Doubt it though I think McGinnity will keep his spot. Could be quite a few midfielders who could be dropped. Adam Selwood was poor I thought.

A Selwood was abysmal today. He could not run, tackle, or man up on a player. His decision making is terrible.

No one in the competition creates more scores per clearance than Shuey. CD stats said as much a few weeks ago.

He may not have been the difference (bar the Brisbane game) but we'd have been much better placed instead of being belted in the centre the last two weeks.

In Stevens - give him one decent chance to prove himself playing well for easts today
Shuey - need his skill on the ball and delivery into the forward line desperately
Dalziell - one last chance, in for rosa needs a spell
Hill - miss his skill in the forward line
Dick - need need a bit of pace in the forward half, also playing well for easts, could be a good sub

Out Rosa - needs a kick up the ass, didnt try hard enough
Scott Selwood - been poor for a while, maybe injured or needs a rest
McGinnity - not good enough
Newman - back to the wafl for a while, not been terrible though.
Adam Selwood - poor game, got too many of his types in the team already, need more mids

If they are obsessed with playing a defensive forward then just swap Smith for McGinnity.

Faster, better over head, better skills, can actually kick a goal and at this point would even offer more defensively.

We dont have enough quality mids, Swift/Stevens aren't best 22, but they need game time.

shuey is good enough. those two would not and will not make a difference to the squad.

How McGinnity is the favoured option up forward after so many weeks of average football is beyond me, no brainer that he goes out for Shuey. Newman has had a decent start to his AFL career but I think he's the most likely to go out if Hill is available for selection.

Agree with this. I'd like to think that Adam Selwood needs to lift to keep his spot, but I doubt the selection committee feels the same way.

Wasn't A. Selwood on Thompson? A bloke who has been averaging like 40 possessions a week. And Selwood kept him to practically nothing.
