Barrass has been poor since coming back from injury. Maybe too cocky?

Duggan for Rotham. Nelson to play as a tagger.

Masten for Hutchings.

Petch had no impact. Cameron is a must.

Schofield a maybe for matchups.

Schofield doesn't bring the marking power. He plays the third tall that frees up Gov and Barrass. Schofield has leaked his fair share of goals too. To suggest Barrass is not reliable is based on a sample size of today.
It’s not based on today alone. He has not been at last years level since he came back from injury. Schofield spoils AND stops his opponent, which is what I want from a full back. Especially in the wet.

We will agree to disagree
No problem. I don’t expect Simmo will drop Barrass, but he has not been close to the level he played at last year.

Hurn in the same basket. But the skipper will not be dropped this close to finals (or at all really). Both are out of form, can we afford to carry two out of form players in our defence?

Just to clarify, Barrass had 13 one percenters. Next best on the field was 8 for either team.

Richmond also had 62 inside 50s so he was constantly working and often helping others.

Also his decision to handball to Nelson was the correct call because scores were level, it was wet, there was no guarantee we scored again. Nelson was unlucky with the kick.

He ****ed up in a few moments but it's very out of the ordinary.

He's played 62 games, he's 23. He won't be dropped.

He plays less TOG because he literally can't play any more.

They also play different positions. Masten isn't a small forward, he'll play a wing like Hutch. It could be Duggan in, with Nelson/Jetta on a wing. I doubt Cameron comes in for Hutch.

Not sure what weight the coaches will hold to it but Petruccelle lead the team for Pressure acts.

Yet despite his limited TOG he has an impact both offensively and defensively.

I honestly think Cameron coming in instead of Masten is at worst is break even and at best has a huge upside.

Ryan, Pet and Cameron deeper with Cripps and Rioli pushing up the ground seems perfectly viable.

Barrass wont be omitted, that is non-sensical. They'll back him and get him more game time before finals (which is what he needs).

Out: Hutch, Rotham
In: Duggan, Schoey

Nelson will and should stay over Masten

Petrol will stay. His handball work can lead to some quick goals (see first qtr today)

If no injuries then no changes.

You heard me.

That was a champion team, under finals like pressure, playing a man down for most of the match. When the game seemed lost they crawled and scratched and willed themselves to get back into it.

I'm proud of the boys.

If Duggo is 100% then Rotham for him.
If Hutchings can't get back to it, bring in Masten or Ah Chee

Out : Hutchings (inj), Rotham

In: Schofield, Duggan.

Nelson to tag.

Possibly another change or two if players sore coming off an interstate six day break, been a long season.

By all means, come back with constructive criticism.....

Which you don't have

Bitch 😂😂
High Avatar to thread contribution correlation.
You know you are on crack when you start making Gunnar the voice of reason and bastion of measured response in a thread.

Masto comes in for Hutch (who we won't see again this season imo due to reccuring hammy).
Schofield for Rotham if he is fit.
Cameron for Petch and Duggan for Nelson are.also posibilities.
Barrass has been our best KPD for the past few games, to suggest he is dropped because of 3 skill errors in wet weather is laughably naive.
