because I watch the game last week and actually saw the impact that Cotchin had instead of pointing at 1 single stat and basing him being dropped on that?

Instead of using your eyes to read what DE% Trent has how about you use them to see the impact he actually has had on our 2 games.

However if you insist on dropping players because they have a poor DE% then perhaps we should leave Jack out this week as well seeing as his DE% is lower than Cotchins.

It only means jack shot for forwards, as jack had 50% vs Carlton! Eff% is better way for measuring disposal accuracy for midfielders but accuracy in general!

DE is absolute crap, the credibility of it was clearly shot to pieces with some of the DE results , Jordan McMahon , achieved over his career !
If Cotchin wasn't restricted last week we may have got closer , likewise with Jack !

Happy Punter is an absolute muppet if he is serious saying the Cotch should be dropped... get a clue mate. He is our best midfielder by the length of the Flemington straight (if Delids is a halfback!).

You dont drop a guy that leads the clubs in kicks, is second in contested possessions (no wonder his efficiency is lower than normal), second in clearances and also right up there in inside 50s and score involvements.

Secondly, you also dont bag a bloke on his 21st birthday! show some respect to the kid! You will eat your words at the end of the season when Cotch wins his first of many B&Fs
