Can't see them getting within 10 goals of us honestly.

Brown will shut down Razzle who is basically the only good forward they have meaning Laird and Smith will be free to run and create all day.
Raz isn't the only good forward we have.

You'll need to match up on Daniher, Hooker and our other smalls as well. We'll probably go in tall next week with either T-bell coming in and resting forward or Stewart as the third tall.

But of course you guys should be too strong for us. You'll probably win the midfield battle comfortably through the help of Jacobs who'll monster us and your forwardline is too potent for our backline that has been a little disappointing this year.

Danniher? Dont make me laugh. Our 3rd best tall mcgovern is a better player than Danniher

Daniher and Hooker will be comfortably accounted for by Talia and Hartigan. Orazio worries me a little, think he might be a handful for Brown.

Thats crap. How well did Mcgovern go tonight as the 2nd bananna?
Daniher is their best KPF who takes and often beats teams best KPD. His problem is the same as McGoverns in that he is an average kick of the ball.

Mcgovern was played extremely high
He was essentially playing a lynch role and he did fine

He's been pretty good. He kicked 3 goals in both of our games so far.

He also kicked 4.1 with 6 contested marks, 6 marks inside 50s and 11 marks the last time we played you guys, so fair to say that your team would plan for him.
Agree. Overrated by a media looking for a story but no one else really. That said, if you flog Carlton, the media will really hype it.
We won't flog Carlton. Heavy rain and strong wind will make the game really scrappy.
You guys have flogged GWS, beaten Hawthorn away comfortably and should've probably smashed Port. It wouldn't even be looked at as a danger game, at least prior to the game it wouldn't

Ill watch the replay and stand to be corrected, but from where I stood it looked as though he couldnt get near it for most of the night.
Certainly a lot less freedom to launch at packs than he usually gets when 2 KPDs have their hands full.

Milera on thin ice but he too has enough credits JUST. DMac goes when it's his turn (as a senior player should), Milera does not

Milera is passed thin ice and i dont agree he has credits.

His second half efforts in particular pressure/ability to lay a tackle on the bloke with the ball were diabilical.

I've been saying for a few weeks now that his intensity at the contest is bordering on soft

Yeah your defence has held up well so far. We'll see anyways. Raz is in form at the moment so he'll be a worry for many sides.

Who was on Daniher last year? Was it Talia? I don't remember, but Daniher did have the edge. He dominated for us, but was the only one.

I'd like to think that we'll be better than that with more support for Daniher up forward and experience in the middle and backline. Of course I'll expect a better showing than the 82 points last time, but I think it'll be a comfortable win for Adelaide.

Its a worry. The kid oozes class but it is the kids that can take a hit that win the flags and we cant afford any more soft ***** with skill in the side and it isnt fair in Rory.

At this stage if we are looking for a spot for Brouch, Mileras is the one.
Dmac at least puts his body on the line, as feeble as that may look at times.

Disappointing to see McGovern injure his hamstring, will almost certainly miss a few weeks.

Out: McGovern (hamstring)
In: Menzel

Mackay walking a very fine line, he wasn't very good today

In years past he'd be unsighted AND miss goals. The new McKay will go missing in games BUT now he kicks goals as well! That's improvement.

Love the humility mate but of all the games Ive seen this year you guys are as much a threat as anyone. Still got a great team on paper and they have a point to proove.
Hope so but Adelaide in Adelaide is a bridge too far I think. Glad we play you after a showdown though ;)

I will wait until late Monday before naming any changes, Scans to McGovern and Xray to Knight may have an effect on who in and who out.
Knight complained about Pain to the jaw, It was a solid hit,

Milera was unsighted tonight. Love the lad but needs to go in a lot harder, or he will not make it at AFL level. Not sure if I'd even keep him in the side for next week.
I am happy to give him 2 more weeks to see how he responds

Looked like a lump as well

Just listened to the presser, reporter mentions if Mclovin plays next week....
WTF, thought he's done a hammy is that right? There is no way he plays next week?
