As expected Omac gets the nod. jlo loves his Structure. I like it - overall the quality difference between omac and Voss is not massive. Team rolls on.

No lever so put omac on May and contest everything that comes. Amiss plays higher.

Yep, OMac keeps May accountable, and with a focus on Petracca, the rest should look after itself.

Think he is fine as depth, just don't think he's particularly skilful or fast

Sounds like Narkle had a niggling injury that hampered him last year. He missed a large chunk of our PS getting that sorted. Played a fair bit as sub for Port.

The SSP spot was earmarked for Jack Martin but when he choose cats we moved to Narkle.

I agree he is handy depth and he played 13-14 games last year and also missed many with injury particularly early in the year.

He looked good at Peel on the weekend but gave away a few free kicks and is getting up to speed. Perhaps hasn’t quite hit his game time requirement. Was on the bench a bit.

I guess ruckman all over the AFL would be horrified to think justanyone can do their job, but it seems to be happening more and more.

In our game versus Geelong this year, Patrick Dangerfield took Ruck duties versus Jackson and Dangerfield won.

So i guess maybe anyone can do it.

Personally i would prefer to bring in Reidy to blood him more. He can play footy or he wouldnt be in the Reserves team either. maybe not good enugh yet for AFL. but agisnt Melbourne it is an ok time to bring him in.

Use him off the bench maybe and rest Darcy there when needed. Might limit some rotations. but we really need to get our next replacement ruckman lined up.

Poor Reidy has been well and truly bled. It’s now transfusion time.

They only showed a couple of Fullarton's 5 goals in the Casey Demons match highlights I watched from their last VFL game the weekend before last. One of them he looked quite mobile taking a mark on the run inside 50m and playing on and finishing.

And Turner is a tall, so they still have a bit of height. And then there's Melksham and Petracca who will probably play up there who can lead and mark with some quicker smalls in Pickett and Tholstrup. Petty and McDonald are swing players but with our 3 talls forwards they'll be required in defence.

They've been getting enough inside 50m entries so it makes sense to make a change with the players they think are letting them down. The Gold Coast game was only time they didn't get more inside 50's than their opposition.

If Darcy and Young can back up what they did last week we should be ok in the contest and clearances to get enough of our own entries to outscore them.

They will be begging the AFL for more assistance like before. A free CEO, free coach, special compensation player wise.

i disagree, went to the 2021 afl GF. that was one of the most impressive displays i've ever seen.

they also made top 4 2 years in a row. i know everyone focusses on the 2 straight sets. but, they almost knocked over collingwood in the qualifying.
