Was listening to Backchat pod the other day and Will Schofield was talking about how unforgiving the wing is - sometimes you’re going up and down and the ball lives on the other wing and you get no touches. Doesn’t mean you haven’t done your job.

Is Reid due for a rest? Seems to be influencing games a lot less over the last couple of weeks - but fly him over with the team so he can have some time with his family.

Think there were a lot of positives with Johnson despite the frustrations of many, one of the better games I've seen him play despite the errors.

It's possible, but I think you just persist with him, maybe lower his game time a little bit, but you gotta keep playing him I reckon.

No. He got near 30 touches. He did a lot wrong, but he looks like he's so close to putting it together. Persevere and there's a great player in there somewhere.

Johnson is super strong and finds the ball. Better decision making is all we need.

Like, I agree he had some shocking moments tonight, but look past the mistakes. He did a lot well.

I would strongly consider giving Narkle the full game and making one of Reid/Dudley sub. I want someone capable of impacting over 4 qtrs and I'm not sure they're there yet. Granted, it's difficult to stay involved as a small fwd but I'd like to add a little more run and gun to such a tall team.

People always want to write players off for the mistakes they make. He's a slow burn and I love how he can find the ball and throw blokes around.

His decision making with ball is right now poor but he's young and miles better than anyone else that could replace him.

Sharp was barely sighted BUT we played a different style tonight and really went back through the middle often.

Sharp gets a reprieve as someone who may need to run with Hill or NWM.

I’m not against giving Jackson another week to fully recover given the effectiveness of OMac.
And when our unicorn does return, would love to see him as part of our midfield rotations.

I say give Murphy Reid a rest, make him sub, play Narkle a full game.
