Last WAFL game, Ras copped a hard tag and Brodie did little of note. Not dominating in that scenario puts you out of selection contention, simple as that.

Brodie hasn't been listed in the best in a WAFL game since Round 19 last year vs South Freo. Literally in his worst lower league form in his career.

Playing Brodie makes about as much sense as playing Ollie Murphy.
Well why would he bother, he's probably the #1 fan of the Our New Coach thread..

I think a statement dropping only to replace them with another straggler is pointless.

I'd genuinely consider playing two or three debutants, Duds and Murph have been the two best things from this season.

Out: Young, Switta, Darcy.
In: Erasmus, Simpson, Voss.
Young - injured
Switta - seems to have lost his pace.
Darcy- generally useless, allows Jackson to play where he plays best as primary ruck. Voss with Treacy and Draper to give occasional chop out.

Personally I'm glad they've all looked within and owned their performances so we don't need to go down the EXTREME route of dropping players.

In all seriousness, I'd dish up shit at work if there were no consequences too.
Melbourne dropped Fritsch, Van Rooyen etc to play us.. they made a statement and got a response.

What do we do? Send text messages to the coach and sit around in a circle and sing kumbaya…. Club has zero standards.

Hard disagree from me on your first point mate. Being dropped for poor performance sends a message to the players. I'd happily cop the loss too.

Erasmus has had his chance? Hardly.

Brodie the same though, lack of chances

Johnson on the other hand......

100%

Switta should be at the very minimum pushed to the sub role.
Switta's been woeful at doing his primary job which is defensive pressure since coming back from injury this year. Again it was the player SWitta spent the most time in NWM who destroyed us. Clearly anyone watching the game would have noticed at least Johnson's man doest destroy us but geez some people just have preconceived views that cant be changed no matter what.

Ah yes, I must've missed the amazing impact Johnson had again? Some people are just plain clueless 🤦‍♂️

All you have is absurd insults with no comebacks to the call you dont even watch games but just insult those who do. Feel free to ignore my posts.
I don't watch games bro, you got me. I don't spend hours per week, every single week, for years on end, I just don't watch games at all.

i don't spend money attending games and I definitely didn't fly to Perth two years ago to watch my team. You got me. I'm oh so totally busted, damn.

There's Noone to swing the axe for lol

We would dish up a far worse team if we swung the axe
This is the same attitude the players have. I don't care about Peel form at this point and I don't care if we lose to make the penny drop.

Hugh Davies for example.. is he waiting for someone to die before he gets another shot?
Simpson- appears to have four functioning limbs.
Brodie - playing exactly like a guy who's had his papers stamped. What's the worst that could happen if we played him?
Erasmus- hard to see how he offers less than Switta, Frederick.

Cooper Simpson has the potential to be a better AFL player than WAFL player in many ways. At AFL there are so many easy kicks to be gained through half backs switching play.

You could slap jlo in the face and he would still play it nice. His media conference he just did sounded like a defeated man. Hope that doesn’t brush up on the players. To say we continued on like any other week after last week is unacceptable. Erasmus over Brodie is a lol. What has Erasmus done ? Hardly an upgrade on Brodie who can be that big bodied mid. This is part of Justin’s down fall and the match commit mistakes after mistakes. Give Brodie a fn chance. Erasmus has had his turn and done f all
Personally did not like Brodie's game for Peel. I think Ras is far superior, and so do WAFL clubs since he is getting tagged.

So still no explanation why you constantly quote match ups that dont even happen in games. Good to know. Ignore my views if they offend you so much.
