If we've got a game plan, why not play the team that is best going to execute it? Stop changing in smalls/talls to react to the opposition. Back our game plan & players and get them working together. The only changes should be to cover injuries & thats when the younger blokes should be given a chance.

Get a basic structure setup, then select a team around that. We started the season with one KPD, this week we had 3 or 4. Seriously work out wtf you are doing and then stick with it.

The players are playing the way the coach is coaching at the moment, running around like chickens with their heads cut off.

Even if he does little else, give McKenzie a full game in the backline so he can take the kickouts. At worst it will save us one or two cheap turn over goals. Maybe we might even gain some attack from defence with him there.
