With the review due tomorrow I wounder if the following changes in coaching staff will occur.

Bomber to stay
2 new assistant coaches

Possibles
F/Time
Midfield coach: D Cresswell, Mark Bairstow, Brett Ratten, Greg Williams
Forward Coach: Terry Danaher, Paul Weston

Fitness Staff; P Walsh and act as runner

Director of Football Gary O'Donnell

Moved to player development Ken Hinkley

P/Time
Ruck Coach: Sam Newman maybe it is time he put his money where his mouth is.

Bairstow is a wild card but with his son coming along this maybe an opportunity to also develop his son along he way. Would also like to see Wheadon back in some role. Has been credited with a very good football brain and is very good in tactics.

Sorry B-R but the only one you've mentioned that I rate is Ratten.
My dream team [ assuming Bomber hangs on] would be:

Assistant coach Don Pyke - or is he off to St Kilda?
Strategist [Cos boy don't we need one] Parkin and/or Wheadon.
Forward Coach Longmire. Maybe to takeover the senior role if he performs well.
Midfield coach Ratten
Backline coach Sanderson
Ruck coach Dempsey [ Polly would be nice;)]

Football Director Clayton [ from bullies] or Shaw [from Fremantle]
VFL Hinkley
I know Tudor has performed o.k this year, but having heard him I'm still unconvinced, and Hinkley has an extremely good district coaching record.

There's no need to change every job. Sanderson is highly respected but he's had one year out and there aren't, afaik, any problems with MacCartney. Leigh Tudor deserves another year at least. Why Dempsey?

Took the long drive from Mornington Peninsula to see the boyz and was impressed with Tudor at quarter time. Speaks well very composed

A relative of mine plays 2's and he reckons the boys who play in the 2's luv him.

Cupla thoughts. Have a look at what he's done with Minson and Street. Plus Eade rates him.
You must rate Keenan and think he's done a good job with us. Not me.
Name me someone who has better credentials?
Take your point with Tudor. As with all of this stuff it's just a personal opinion, but after having heard him address the team and being aware of Hinkley's coaching achievements I'd prefer Hinkley. Also, the fact that Blight rates Hinkley carries some weight with me.

I know some really diverse people that know him and they like him very much. Perhaps his coaching is not overly considered because he was a pretty ordinary player.

No, was just asking - don't think he'd leave the Bulldogs unless offered considerably more. I don't rate Keenan, is he still the ruck coach?

Blighr rated Ayres, and suggested him to Adelaide.;)

Bairstow?....he's training horses in Bunbury...... i very much doubt he'd throw that in to move back to Geelong as an assistant coach, in fact near on no chance
