1. The new qualifying system of 1 lap per car - IMHO awesome. I really hope the new broadcaster pick it up on delay at least, it will be great to watch. At least show the pole lap in full before the race. I've been to the Charles Dickens Tavern a couple of times and watching the cars on the ragged edge is fantastic to watch.
2. New points system - Neither here or there. Hard to see it making a big difference, may even make it a bit worse because moving from 2nd to 1st is only worth 2 points - mightn't see so much desparation to actually win the race.
However, with 3 teams always so dominant the battles for 7th and 8th will take on greater significance, and hopefully get shown a bit more.
3. No team orders - Good in theory. Whether they are policed is the key. I remember Schumacher overtaking Irvine because he had a "brake problem" in Austria a few years back, it was done subtley so they got away with it.
4. No Belgian GP - Disgrace, even if it is only for 1 year. Best GP on the calender by a mile.

and would have won the championship if he finished infront of Skaife at Bathurst.
