I think this would be a good away jumper as it would also eliviate clashes.

Looks great!

However, for our alternative jumpers / clash jumpers, we really need a paradigm shift, think outside the box, and come up with something completely new. The only thing that should stay the same are the colours, blue / red / yellow.

Instead of horizontal stripes, why not vertical stripes, ie: St. Kilda's alternate strip?

Or why not have a sash design like Richmond / Essendon. The 'sash' could be yellow, the upper corner could be blue and the lower corner could be red (or vice versa). Is anyone talented enough with photoshop able to put this design together, so we can see what it looks like?

I must admit that the crows have not really been very creative with our jersey over the years, although there isn't much you can do with it, it would be nice to something original. Although I think the port lightning bolt strip looks like it's been made with clip-art, at least it is original and quite different to their home one.

Oh ok so when Im retired Ill have the scoop on the "new" guernsy for the heritage round SCORE!!! Damn, knew I should have gon for the home guernsy, but the lateral stripes arent really flattering

A note with the old Ansett Cup one in the posts above, that was an Adidas design would there be a legal issue here as to whether the club or Adidas actually own the design which might explain why it has never some back...??

I personally like the away jumper we already have. I have a feeling that we will come up with something crap. Just change for the sake of it. The away jumper is the best jumper we have ever had, the back with the shield could go but the front is perfect.

I am going to be upset to see it go.

I don't really like the crow on the front of this one or the current away jumper.

How would this one look with a navy AFC on the front like the white one on the front of the heritage jumper?
