Wingard has ability that can work outside of a proper structure. Neade doesn't. Surely in that case, you'd rather a mediocre tall instead of a mediocre small?

It isn't about Butcher at all! For too long we've played too short under Hinkley! He's made excuse upon excuse to avoid his obvious bias and his lack of like for like replacements!

We had Dixon and Schulz for a while, then Dixon went out and Butcher came in. Then Schulz went out. Then Dixon came in. Then Butcher went out. Then Dixon went out and Schulz came in.

We've actively regressing in addressing our height issues!

Goodness, I'm overseas and just logged in to selections. We certainly are making some big statements about the future of the club with these selections. I'm trying so hard to be optimistic but I genuinely think that we are being trolled by the coaching panel now.

is there any chance Lobbe can surprise us? The club website has certainly given Lobbe plenty of coverage with trash puff pieces in the last couple of weeks. What his superstitions are, some kid telling Ken to pick him and some video doing ruck work against some old bloke. He has had more articles than AFL kicks the last couple of weeks. Maybe a miracle will happen and we will be patting him on the back.

Best thing for this club is to get smashed. If we win it will create a false sense of hope/optimism.

Not much will change in the off season if we win.

im probably going to get shot down for this, but in the first half last week i thought Lobbe competed well. He got beat in the second half, but his first half was probably hi best for the year (which isnt great). this week he will be a bit better again hopefully.
