That’s great to hear, don’t mind him having another game at SANFL level playing exclusively midfield to pick up some form/confidence then back into the AFL side.

Matt Crouch suspended for one match

Never like seeing our players get rubbed out, but ya can’t do that in 2024. Was always going to be 1-2 weeks.

Stoked to see Dawson cleared. Pedlar got a week last year for literally exactly the same thing with same level of head contact on ground.

A bit annoyed Crouch got done but 1 week is fine, could have been 2. He essentially elected to bump which got him in trouble. It was more in the side but close enough for the MRO to say head on.

Butters actually clipped the players head and flew past the ball but they still said he contested it, when really it was a very poor and reckless attempt. But thats the MRO

Crouch out is an easy swap with Berry i'd say. Probably means we go in with no other changes, though who they make sub will be a guess. I'd guess Sholl in as sub, just given they don't want to debut anyone or make changes.

I'd stick Taylor in for McHenry myself, but I think McHenry is like Murphy and it'll take a lot to displace him.
