We shouldn't be having issues beating Brisbane with or without Beams and Rockliff.Just our luck Dayne Beams comes and plays....genuine gun!
I do if one is to be selected...I think a lot are misjudging Pykey's footy I.Q. suggesting Thommo gets a call up....And I'll join that throng if Thommo plays.Honestly does anyone actually think that Greenwood will get the nod over Thompson ?
It is the Crows that we are talking about here

These ruck and clearance stats have me completely rethinking the game. Why even play a ruckman?
You've got me thinking. Why not kill two birds with one stone: drop Sauce and make Sloane take the taps. He always liked going third up.
That would really confuse the oppo and tagger.
I think, to avoid making the same mistakes as last year, omit all the injured players. Get them right first, then you can deal with the form. Although Mackay should be dropped even if he is the only fit squad member to choose from.... his game last week is symptomatic of the crows leaders in big games.
This week;
Out: Jenkins, Cameron, Menzel, Betts, Mackay.
In: Knight, Lever, Wigg, Greenwood and Galluci
Once you have weeded out the players that need time on the sidelines, then you can target the out of form players. Play Otten forward, Lever back, Wigg off half back. Greenwood, Galluci and Knight all rotate through the forward, mid, wing roles. With Jenkins and his pitiful efforts out, suddenly our team has some balance again. No surprise that we bring in a underdone and soft JJ, and our team defence goes the way of the dodo bird.
Obviously only one of these changes may happen, its the AFC after all (Always F***ing Cautious).
In that case sub knight for polholke...why not.Knight is injured worse than Menzel.
...of role.
His first 6 weeks were exceptional in a defensive sense. Good composure in the front half as well.
Give him a shot in Menzel's position.
Don't think I can forgive Atkins for the last two weeks. The don't play injured players team...
B: Brown, Talia, Lever
HB: Smith, Otten, Laird
C: Milera, Mrouch, Atkins
HF: Lynch, Walker, Douglas
F: Hampton, Jenkins, Betts
R: Jacobs, Brouch, Sloane
I: Kelly, Greenwood, Mackay, Gallucci
Out: Hartigan, Menzel, Cameron all injured
In: Lever, Greenwood, Gallucci
Much of the team are in the same position after the last 2 weeks performances.Don't think I can forgive Atkins for the last two weeks.
I think dropping him will do him the world of good and realign his priorities.
Without a doubt getting ahead of himself
True, something about Atkins over the last two weeks has really irked me thoughMuch of the team are in the same position after the last 2 weeks performances.
Not living up to his hair?True, something about Atkins over the last two weeks has really irked me though

Can't leave them all out, though could bring in Beech, Polholke & Dear. Edit forgot Wigg.Jenkins, Betts and possibly Lynch and B Crouch all out as well under that criteria
Exactly why it's worth seeing if Wigg sinks or swims at next level otherwise we'll never knowSanfl is only good practice for inside mids. Outside players, backs and forwards get little development in the sanfl IMO.
You need to have some sort of form at sanfl , not necessarily dominant. It somethingCan't leave them all out, though could bring in Beech, Polholke & Dear.
Just need to rest those players really struggling with injury.
Imo, Jenkins & Brouch are more underdone than injured.
Lynch played concussed last week as could not hit a target. Hopefully ok this week.
May be a good week to rest Betts to fix his niggle.
Riley O'Brien has shown more up forward this season than Harry Dear. You need to have some sort of form at sanfl , not necessarily dominant. It something
Dear has showed nothing this season , can't play him and don't need to anyway
